To initiate change we work together to illuminate your patterns, purpose, strengths and struggles. To expand emotional resilience I share ways to shift difficult emotions into emotional balance. I help interpret the effects of trauma (mentally and physically). Guidance is given around mind/body methods to help sustain change, reduce anxiety and lift spirits. As change occurs I provide an easeful, grounded space to allow clients to discern direction, grieve a loss, and dig deep to understand diverse parts that make their life history.
