I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF). The Daring Way is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders.
At Practice Place, we believe the key word is “practice” – as Webster dictionary defines: “to do something again and again in order to become better at it; to do ( something) regularly or constantly as an ordinary part of your life.” We offer a facility that promotes the spirit of discovery and learning from your own experience.
Current research reports the integration of certain practices such as mindfulness, meditation, yoga, martial arts or just regular exercise are disciplines which engender profound positive change. I design and facilitate programs that create a space for renewal and insight.
